Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer – Access Control Driving Role in Frisco, TX. You will guard residents and visitors, manage entry points, and support a welcoming environment, using professional customer service and clear communication.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and driving duties. You’ll work a weekend night schedule, with a pay rate of $18.64 per hour, and have access to our Shift-claim

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as applicable by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/regulations.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and/or clients by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor vehicle and pedestrian access at community entry points, verify authorization, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with residents, guests, management, and emergency responders while documenting incidents and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
