Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Montgomery, AL. This role offers fixed shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform, enabling flexible, reliable income at a commercial real estate site.

You will monitor access, respond to incidents, and support tenants, visitors, and staff. The position requires two years of security experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor calls, alarm notifications, access control, and surveillance; dispatch personnel as needed.
• Coordinate incident responses, service requests, and critical situations with calm communication.
• Maintain dispatch logs and incident reports; share information with supervisors.
• Conduct patrols and report hazards, maintenance concerns, and unusual activity.
