Allied Universal in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer – Badge Processing at a premier financial institution. You will welcome employees and guests, manage visitor access, and assist with badge procedures while maintaining a secure environment.

Qualifications

At least one year of security-related experience.
Access control and badge experience preferred.
Licensing requirements vary by state; licensing preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check and drug screen required.
Must be 18+ (21+ for armed) and have a valid driver’s license for driving roles.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution reception.
Manage front desk access by greeting visitors, verifying IDs, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining records.
Monitor access control systems, cameras, alarms, and communications equipment; report issues per site procedures.
Respond to incidents and emergencies following established protocols in a calm, professional manner.
Direct visitors and coordinate with building personnel and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
