Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, parking areas, access points, loading docks, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access, verify visitor/contractor credentials, and maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document actions.
• Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic during shift changes and events.
