Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer CPR Patrol Driver in Normal, Illinois. You will drive to perform routine patrols, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service in an automotive manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at an automotive manufacturing location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and vehicle authorization in accordance with site-specific requirements.
Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
