Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at an automotive manufacturing and operations location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate information as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
• Document patrol observations and incidents accurately using reporting tools.
