Job summary

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced security professional who is comfortable working with surveillance systems, monitoring alarms, coordinating field officers, and responding to security incidents.

What You'll Do

• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and electronic access control systems.
• Dispatch security officers and coordinate responses to incidents and emergencies.
• Monitor building access, visitor activity, and security credentials.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation.
• Identify suspicious activity, security breaches, and safety concerns and escalated them promptly.
• Conduct periodic inspections of designated entry points after hours.
• Communicate with field personnel, management, tenants, and emergency responders.
• Follow company procedures, post orders, and emergency response protocols.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of security experience required .
• Previous command center or security console experience strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to monitor multiple systems while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to remain alert, professional, and composed during high-pressure situations.
• Reliable attendance and a strong sense of responsibility.
