Qualifications

• High-rise, commercial or Class A property security experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols as required.
• Maintain a professional security presence and address disturbances professionally.
• Assist tenants, visitors, staff, and management while providing high customer service.
• Document incidents and daily activities accurately.
• Follow site-specific post orders, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and management.
• Rotate between posts and responsibilities across West Houston properties.
• Accept and fulfill shift assignments as needs change.
• Keep issued equipment in proper working condition.

Starting Pay: $16.50/hour | Up to $17.00/hour based on experience

Scheduling & Availability:

• Assignments may include call-offs, vacancies, special coverage, and other operational staffing needs.
• Hours and weekly schedules may vary based on operational needs.
• Accept and fulfill shift assignments as operational needs change.
• Maintain a professional and visible security presence.

Ideal Candidate:

• 1+ years of security experience preferred.

• Able to adjust quickly to new environments, assignments, and responsibilities.
• Reliable, punctual, and consistently professional in appearance and conduct.
• Able to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions.
