Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer Access Monitoring Driver in Point Comfort, TX. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and help maintain a secure environment at a chemical and petrochemical site.

This role emphasizes customer service, incident response, and vigilant patrols, with a flexible part-time schedule and the potential for growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, issue visitor or contractor passes, and maintain entry/exit records as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and report to site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, access points, and perimeter, reporting unusual conditions.
• Deter unauthorized access by following visitor management, vehicle entry, and restricted-area procedures.
