Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel following site procedures.
• Verify credentials, document visitor/entry, issue temporary badges, and direct individuals per site rules.
• Respond calmly to alarms/incidents using established reporting channels.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, perimeters, parking areas, and other locations.
• Maintain logs and reports of visitor activity, access events, and incidents.
