Qualifications

• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigations as required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may apply prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by following site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials and directing individuals per site requirements.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, perimeters, parking areas, and other locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of visitor activity, access events, incidents, and unusual conditions, and communicate with leadership.

• Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing location.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, issuing temporary badges, and directing individuals according to site requirements.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-area perimeters, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports for visitor activity, access events, incidents, and unusual conditions, communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
