Easter Seals of Tennessee is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist people with disabilities in home settings and Community activities. You will help with daily tasks, personal care, and medication administration, contributing to meaningful outcomes in residents' lives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have valid automobile insurance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Pass a background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support Professionals provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
• DSPs may facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals in the community.
• DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance quality of life for those we support.
