Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication and teamwork.
• Availability to work 10–15 hours per week with potential for more during busy periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Seasonal assignment through January 8, 2027.
• Ability to stand and walk on sales floor and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Genuine interest in cooking, baking, entertaining and Le Creuset brand.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and applying selling approach.
• Provide personalized service and share product knowledge about cooking and entertaining.
• Assist with POS transactions, replenishment, merchandizing and inventory tasks.
• Maintain clean, organized and welcoming store environment.
