Le Creuset in Jersey City is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support our busy holiday season and deliver exceptional customer service. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and help meet store sales goals while representing the Le Creuset brand.

This temporary role runs through January 8, 2027 and offers the opportunity to work with a passionate team, gain retail experience, and contribute to a welcoming, high-performing store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work at least 10–15 hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Availability through January 8, 2027.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, climb a ladder, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Genuine interest in cooking, baking, entertaining, and the Le Creuset brand.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Results: Achieve individual sales, service, and KPI goals by engaging customers, applying Le Creuset’s selling approach, communicating current promotions, and identifying opportunities to meet customer needs.
• Create Exceptional Customer Experiences: Build meaningful customer relationships, provide personalized service, and confidently share product knowledge and inspiration related to cooking, baking, and entertaining.
• Support Daily Store Operations: Assist with point-of-sale transactions, product replenishment, inventory activities, merchandising, and other operational procedures while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain Brand and Store Standards: Help create a clean, organized, and inviting store environment by supporting Le Creuset’s visual, service, safety, and operational standards.
• Contribute to the Store Team: Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, demonstrate reliability, and adapt to changing priorities during the busy holiday season.
