Le Creuset in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to help create exceptional customer experiences and support the store team during the busy holiday season.

You will engage customers, share product knowledge, assist with POS transactions, replenishment, and merchandising while upholding Le Creuset standards. This temporary role runs through January 8, 2027 and offers flexible, part-time hours.

Qualificações

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• A customer-focused approach with strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work at least 10–15 hours per week, with the flexibility to work additional hours based on business needs.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to work throughout the seasonal assignment, which is expected to continue through January 8, 2027.
• Ability to stand and walk on the sales floor for extended periods, climb a ladder, and lift or carry up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• A genuine interest in cooking, baking, entertaining, and the Le Creuset brand.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Sales Results: Achieve individual sales, service, and KPI goals by engaging customers, applying Le Creuset’s selling approach, communicating current promotions, and identifying opportunities to meet customer needs.
• Create Exceptional Customer Experiences: Build meaningful customer relationships, provide personalized service, and confidently share product knowledge and inspiration related to cooking, baking, and entertaining.
• Support Daily Store Operations: Assist with point-of-sale transactions, product replenishment, inventory activities, merchandising, and other operational procedures while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain Brand and Store Standards: Help create a clean, organized, and inviting store environment by supporting Le Creuset’s visual, service, safety, and operational standards.
• Contribute to the Store Team: Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively, demonstrate reliability, and adapt to changing priorities during the busy holiday season.
