Job summary

Hallmark Cards, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to work independently, manage product displays, restock inventory, and build retailer relationships at various retail locations. You will optimize product placement and support seasonal resets, representing Hallmark on-site.

The role offers paid training and a variable weekly schedule (roughly 10–26 hours), with voluntary benefits for part-time employees. Energy, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• You’re at least 18 years of age.
• You can read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
• Holiday support: extended hours and days around holidays with possible weekend work.
• Department Resets: assist with installations, relays, and remodeling tasks in stores.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with other merchandisers across territories.
