Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work independently in your assigned retail stores, promoting Hallmark products, restocking, and maintaining inventory while building relationships with store teams. You will travel to multiple locations and collaborate with local staff on seasonal resets and installations.

This role offers paid training, a variable schedule averaging 15–20 hours per week, and benefits for part-time employees.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You can read, write and understand English.
• Able to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 50 pounds.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to read documents and interpret information.
• Have access to a Wi‑Fi network and internet.
• Have reliable transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within and outside the department using a handheld device.
• Holiday support: extended hours and additional days around major holidays.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixture setup, and re-configuring card sections, with two weeks' notice for remodels.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support colleagues across territories.
