Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, restocking and organizing Hallmark products, and maintaining inventory. You will support seasonal resets and installations and may collaborate with other product lines.

A flexible schedule and weekend availability are required during peak periods. The role emphasizes independent work, strong time-management, and retailer relationship skills, with pay in the $15–$17 per hour range and paid training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to lift and carry products up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor inventory within and outside Hallmark department using a handheld device; communicate with supervisor and complete merchandising activities.
• Holiday support: extended hours and days around key holidays; some holidays may require work including weekends.
• Department resets: assist with installations, fixtures, and repositioning of card sections; remodels announced two weeks in advance.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers to support others in their territories.
