Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time merchandiser to work in various retail environments, restocking and organizing Hallmark products while maintaining shelf displays and inventory accuracy. You will engage with store teams to ensure quality presentation and customer service.

Typical schedule ranges 12–15 hours per week with some holiday periods requiring extended or weekend shifts. Training is provided, including hands-on and virtual classes, with benefits available for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Able to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within stores.
• Holiday support: extended hours around major holidays.
• Department resets: install fixtures and relocate card sections, notified two weeks in advance.
