Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part‑time Merchandiser to independently showcase organization and time management skills while serving as the face of Hallmark in assigned stores. You will restock and monitor inventory, engage store teams, and support seasonal resets and installations.

The role emphasizes teamwork and strong communication, with a variable schedule and approximately 12–13 hours per week. Training is provided and benefits may be offered for part‑time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must read/write in English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.
• Must have Wi‑Fi access at home or elsewhere.

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within and outside the Hallmark department.
• Holiday support: extended hours and weekend work around major holidays.
• Department resets: participate in installations, relocate cards, and remodel tasks with prior notice.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers in their territories.
