Anthony’s Beach Cafe in Kirkland, WA is seeking a part-time Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and cook a variety of dishes, following standardized recipes and quality standards, while keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

The role requires English communication, good stamina, and adherence to food safety guidelines. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and fellow kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, with opportunities for growth as part of a beloved

Qualifications

Experience in a professional kitchen environment.
Ability to read and speak English to understand recipes, safety instructions, and communicate with team members.
Must have the physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle kitchen tasks.
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including utensils, equipment, and workstations.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate meal preparation and delivery.
Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and moving kitchen supplies.
Monitor food stock levels and report shortages or spoilage to management.
