Responsibilities

• Greet customers within ten feet and assist with orders.
• Readily service customer orders, weigh and price products.
• Pull items to be cut and prepped from the freezer.
• Tray, wrap, and price products per company standards.
• Stock and rotate seafood items to maintain freshness and quality.
• Prepare sushi when working at the sushi counter.
• Display merchandise on showcase per schematic.
• Add ice to seafood display case and prepare poke and other seafood products from recipes.
• Clean department and sanitize tools and area.
• Follow safety procedures and work with a team.
