Foundations Learning Academy is seeking a Part-Time Driver to safely transport children to and from school, activities, and field trips in Richmond, VA. You’ll ensure proper seat belts, maintain clean vans, and remain a friendly, reassuring presence for students.

The role requires a valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year record, a HS diploma or GED, ability to pass background checks, and current First Aid/CPR certification (or plan to obtain within 30 days).

Formación

• A valid Driver’s License and a clean 3-year driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass standard background checks.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
• Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff Certificate (or completion within 90 days).

Responsabilidades

• Safely and reliably transport children to and from school, activities, and field trips.
• Ensure every child is safely buckled in age-appropriate seating.
• Perform quick daily pre- and post-trip vehicle checks to keep vans running smoothly and safely.
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, welcoming environment on board.
• Lead routine safety and emergency evacuation drills with a positive, reassuring demeanor.
