Job summary

Fountain is seeking responsible, purpose-driven drivers to provide safe and reliable transportation for students to and from school. The role offers part-time hours (average 20 hours/week during the school year) with paid training and a supportive office staff, plus the potential for additional earnings via route-based pay and referral bonuses.

Drivers are designated as W-2 employees, with summers off in some cases and options for a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• You are at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Own a four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone.
• Be able to pass onboarding including BCI and FBI fingerprinting, drug screening, and a 19-point vehicle inspection.
• Read, write and speak English at a proficient level.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school
• Create a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children
• Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and school staff
