Job summary

Fountain offers part-time driving roles providing safe transportation for K-12 students with paid training and supportive staff. You will be designated as a W2 employee and may access an optional 401(k) plan. Hours are MONDAY - FRIDAY, 6:00-9:00 am and 1-4:30 pm on weekdays.

Summers off may occur with school routes. Earn above-average wages per route, with potential bonuses for referrals and mileage. You must meet licensure, registration, and onboarding requirements and pass background checks

Qualifications

• You are at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• You have current and valid car insurance and accompanying vehicle registration.
• You have at least 3 years of legal driving experience.
• You own a four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone.
• You are able to pass a comprehensive onboarding process, including but not limited to BCI and FBI fingerprinting, drug screening, and a 19-point vehicle inspection.
• You are required to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
