Job summary

Fountain is seeking responsible, purpose-driven drivers who believe that all children have the right to safe and reliable access to their education. You will drive K-12 students to and from school on a part-time basis, earning above-average wages per route and potentially additional amounts based on factors like route duration and distance.

Training is paid, and there is a supportive office staff. Summers off and a 401(k) option are available.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• You have current and valid car insurance and accompanying vehicle registration.
• You have at least 3 years of legal driving experience.
• You own a four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone.
• You can pass onboarding including BCI and FBI fingerprinting, drug screening, and a 19-point vehicle inspection.
• You are required to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school.
• Create a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
• Be available from MONDAY - FRIDAY, 6:00-9:00 am and 1-4:30 pm on weekdays.
