Job summary

Fountain is seeking responsible, purpose-driven drivers to ensure safe and reliable access to education for K-12 students in the Philadelphia area. This part-time role averages about 20 hours per week during the school year, with paid training and a supportive office staff.

Drivers are designated as W2 employees and may have opportunities for additional route pay based on distance and load. Summers off and potential referral bonuses add to the favorable compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Must have current and valid car insurance and accompanying vehicle registration.
• At least 3 years of legal driving experience.
• Own a four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone.
• Able to pass onboarding including BCI and FBI fingerprinting, drug screening, and a 19-point vehicle inspection.
• Must read, write and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school.
• Create a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
• Be available from Monday - Friday, 6:00-9:00 am and 1-4:30 pm on weekdays.
