Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a part-time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a 2026-2027 school year setting. The role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and pays $55-$65 per hour.

The SLP will provide direct speech-language services, assist in IEP goal development, and collaborate with educators and families to promote student success in the school environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Active ASHA CCC-SLP in good standing.
• Active Oregon state license to practice SLP.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain student confidentiality.
• Knowledge of evidence-based SLP practices.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language services to students with a range of communication needs.
• Support IEP goals development and implementation.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers.
• Deliver services in a school-based setting during daytime hours.
