Job summary

Therapy Solutions is seeking a licensed School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time, on-site role in The Dallas, OR, offers Friday hours and a collaborative team environment.

You will assess, plan, and deliver therapy, participate in IEP meetings, and support students’ communication goals across the district. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in SLP, an active state license, and ASHA CCC (or eligibility).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the state of application.
• CCC from ASHA, or eligibility for CCC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans; collaborate with teachers and families.
• Provide direct therapy to students to improve articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Participate in IEP meetings to support goals and academic success.
• Collaborate with educators and staff to support classroom communication needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communication with families.
• Provide consultation on strategies to support communication development.
• Engage in professional development to stay current in the field.
