Job summary

Therapy Solutions is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year in Texas. This full-time, remote-friendly role supports students across districts with direct therapy, assessments, and collaboration with teachers and families.

The position requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, an active TX SLP license (and CCC or eligibility), and pediatric experience. We offer W2 employment, flexible scheduling, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the state where you are applying.
• CCC from ASHA or eligibility for CCC (if applicable).
• SLPs applying in states they do not reside in must hold a state license in both states.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among students in the school district.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' goals, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals as needed.
• Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders, focusing on articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Participate in IEP meetings to contribute to goal development and student success.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other professionals to support student communication needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communication with families in compliance with standards.
• Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and parents on strategies for facilitating communication development.
• Stay informed about best practices and continuing education opportunities.
