ConnectedHealth is seeking a part-time School Psychologist for a 36-week contract in Putnam, Connecticut to provide psychological assessments, counseling, and individualized support plans for high-school students.

The role involves collaborating with staff, parents, and students to promote mental health and academic success, conducting assessments, delivering counseling, and ensuring documentation complies with district policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field; Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or equivalent
• Valid State School Psychologist Certification or License
• Minimum 1 year of experience in school settings with strong student assessment, counseling, and developmental support skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Background check clearance and compliance with school district policies
• Patience, adaptability, and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments for students in grades 9-12
• Develop and implement individualized support plans
• Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and students to promote mental health and academic success
