Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a School Psychologist for a part-time, school-based role in Centennial, Colorado for the 2026-2027 school year. The position involves psychoeducational assessments, IEP work, and collaboration with teachers and families.

The candidate should hold a Master's in School Psychology and Colorado credentialing; NASP preferred. Compensation ranges from $61.50 to $71.75+ per hour with guaranteed hours and district support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology.
• Active or eligible for the Colorado School Psychologist credential/certification.
• NASP/NCSP credential preferred but not required.
• Two or more years of school psychology experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of psychoeducational assessment, counseling, consultation, and special education eligibility processes.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• Understanding of IDEA, IEPs, and multidisciplinary special education practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with technology used for assessment, documentation, and communication.
• Ability to complete fingerprinting and background clearances.
• Ability to collaborate professionally with students, families, educators, administrators, and related-service professionals.
• Professionalism, discretion, and respect for student and family confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
• Participate in referral, evaluation, eligibility, reevaluation, and diagnostic processes.
• Interpret assessment results and prepare written reports.
• Participate in development and implementation of IEPs.
• Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, families, and school staff.
• Support students according to IEPs and identified needs.
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, multidisciplinary, and problem-solving team meetings.
• Provide student services and interventions within scope of position.
• Collaborate with special education teams, general education staff, and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Support IDEA, district procedures, and state/federal requirements.
