Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a school-based Physical Therapist (PT) for the 2026–2027 year in Englewood, Colorado. This part-time role offers on-site support with 3–5 hours weekly and a compensation range of $65–$75+ per hour, based on experience.

Join a therapist-owned organization partnering with PreK–12 schools nationwide, providing collaborative, student-centered services and IEP-related PT support. Expect strong teamwork with educators and district staff.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible for state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Appropriate Department of Education credential or authorization for school practice.
• APTA membership preferred.
• Experience with children or school-aged students.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students individually, in small groups, and within classroom or school environments.
• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor measurable, educationally relevant IEP goals.
• Develop individualized intervention plans based on student needs and educational priorities.
• Supervise or collaborate with a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) as assigned and per state requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student participation.
