Job summary

Right At School in Hillsboro is seeking a Program Manager to lead our before/after school program at Hillsboro Primary School. You will ensure safety, supervision, and engagement while coordinating staff and routines.

Ideal candidates have MO Center Director Certification, a high school diploma or GED, and experience with children. You will coach staff, maintain records, and communicate with families and the Area Manager to meet program goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; MO licensing rules apply.
• Center Director Certification from Missouri DESE required.
• Background check including Family Care Safety Registry.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Tuberculosis test clearance; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, joy, and adherence to licensing standards; maintain site documents.
• Coach staff, uphold attendance protocols and behavior policies.
• Communicate with families, client partners, and the Area Manager.
• Maintain daily routine and curriculum activities; ensure tasks are completed.
• Support program goals and drive operations with staff productivity.
