Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to oversee our before- and after-school programs. The role emphasizes safe, engaging activities and compliant operations for students during morning and afternoon shifts.

The ideal candidate coordinates staff, communicates with families, maintains attendance records, and supports program quality while meeting state requirements. This role supports the mission to inspire a love of learning and provide peace of mind to families.

Qualifications

• Experience balancing competing priorities and delivering quality service.
• Minimum age 18.
• Experience working with children with knowledge of special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, visual).
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff.

Responsabilités

• Maintain safety and joy standards and up-to-date licensing documents.
• Coach staff and address challenges to maintain team cohesion.
• Engage with families and partners to support communication and trust.
• Support safety protocols and incident reporting.
• Lead daily activities and curriculum to provide engaging environment.
