Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead before/after school programs at multiple St. Louis area sites. The role is a split-shift, part-time position with hours Mon-Fri mornings and afternoons.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, safety compliance, and family communication to ensure high-quality student experiences. Ideal candidates have experience in program management, child development knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience managing program staff and schedules.
• Knowledge of child development and safety standards.
• Ability to coordinate with schools, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations at multiple sites to deliver safe, engaging programs.
• Coach staff and ensure compliance with licensing and policies.
• Communicate with families and partners to support program goals.
• Maintain attendance records and site documentation.
• Collaborate with Area Manager on program changes.
