Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to oversee before/after-school programs across multiple Missouri locations, including University City. The role focuses on safety, family communication, and engaging activities for children, with a split shift schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a Missouri Center Director Certification, has child-care experience, and can manage documentation and compliance across sites. Evening and morning hours are required, with benefits available.

Qualifications

• Center Director Certification from Missouri DESE is required.
• Background check, Family Care Safety Registry, and clear eligibility letter required.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Tuberculosis test cleared.
• 18+ years of age.
• Proof of High School diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and joy by upholding standards and updating site documents.
• Support safety protocols and mitigate risks within the program.
• Communicate with families, clients, peers, and children; respond promptly during program hours.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and check-in/check-out procedures.
• Plan and implement daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
