Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Tucson, AZ area. This part-time position (0.4 FTE, 2 days per week) focuses on evaluations in a school-based setting.

You will complete OT evaluations, participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with teachers and families, and maintain documentation with adherence to compliance requirements. Active AZ OT licensure and fingerprint clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Arizona OT License.
• Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
