Ampersand Therapy LLC is hiring a part-time Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Marana, AZ area. The position is in-person and itinerant, covering multiple school sites.

You will provide school-based OT services, conduct assessments, and collaborate with school teams to support students’ progress and successful IEP outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active Arizona OT license required.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in the school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
