Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Tucson, AZ area. This 0.4 FTE position (two days a week) focuses on school-based evaluations only.

The successful candidate will perform OT evaluations, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate with teachers and families to support carryover of skills. Competitive pay is $45-50/hour with benefits and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• Active AZ OT license required.
• Fingerprint clearance card required.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
