• Prepare baked or cooked products for breakfast, lunch, and after-school programs.
• Assist in sanitation and safety; sanitation of equipment and work areas.
• Assist in cleaning of work areas and setting up/serving meals.
• Maintain knowledge of standardized recipes, including weighing and measuring products.
• Report food and supply orders to the Production Manager.
