Responsibilities

• Prepare the daily main meal from approved menus and standardized recipes.
• Prepare, portion, and replenish other hot and cold items as assigned.
• Set up serving areas and serve students and adults courteously.
• Complete production, temperature, sanitation, and receiving records.
• Monitor inventory and report supply needs to the Site Manager.
• Check deliveries and stock, label, date, and rotate supplies.
• Wash dishes, pans, utensils, and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize preparation, service, storage, washing, and kitchen areas.
• Follow food-safety, allergen, time-temperature, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures.
