Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid, current Connecticut RN license or eligibility.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary health care and nursing intervention per orders and protocols.
• Administer medications with parental permission and physician orders.
• Maintain accurate student health records and documentation.
• Perform routine and emergent first aid and assess health needs.
• Refer students to resources and coordinate with School staff.
• Follow infection control protocols and PPE usage.
• Communicate with parents and faculty with diplomacy and discretion.
