Responsabilidades

• Participate in annual safety and sanitation training.
• Prepare, cook, and serve meals and a la carte items.
• Prepare entrees, vegetables, and side dishes per standardized recipes.
• Wash and prep vegetables, fruits, and salads.
• Set up serving line and replenish items during service.
• Assist with inventory, deliveries, and storage of food items.
• Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain sanitation in the kitchen.
