• Prepare, serve and cashier during meals; maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor chest of drawers, cash receipts, and deposits during service.
• Maintain accurate inventory, orders, and production records.
• Assist in training kitchen staff and ensure NSLP compliance.
