Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, mental health, or similar discipline preferred.
• CPI, CPR, and First Aid certifications required.
• 1+ year of successful experience in a school or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct instruction aligned with the student’s IEP.
• Collaborates with teachers and supervising educators to adapt materials and environments as needed.
• Implements behavior, medical, and communication protocols per IEP and safety policies.
• Maintains data and progress records to inform instruction.
