• Provide suggestions for improving food quality and operations.

• Willingness to relocate to different schools when needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up the dish room and prepare sanitation supplies for monitors or aides for lunch service.
• Assist with setting, serving line up and monitoring during mealtime as needed.
• Clean the dish room and machine at the end of each day.
• Stock, label, date, and rotate items using FIFO method.
