Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily and monthly records, inventories, invoices, and reports deficiencies.
• Participate in meal preparation including menus, ordering, serving, and cleanup.
• Follow approved menus and standardized recipes.
• Use a computer and POS software for transactions and records.
• Handle daily revenues including cash drawer count and recording monies.
• Report problems to Kitchen Manager or Food Service Director.
• Comply with all food safety regulations and district policies.
• Attend meetings and trainings as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Kitchen Manager and Food Service Director.
