Responsibilities

• Part-time position ranging from 3 to 5.75 hours per day.
• Receive day-to-day direction from the cafeteria manager.
• Food Preparation: review menus, recipes, production specifications and program standards to prepare and cook menu meals to targeted standards, particularly those related to food quality/safety.
• Follow production planners for required food preparation and service; follow recipes and directions for equipment use.
• Food Service, Cleaning, and Maintenance: assist in cleaning surfaces, monitor safety hazards, ensure equipment is clean and maintained, and ensure menus are prepared.
