Job summary

Minnesota Coaches LLC is hiring School Bus Route Drivers to support daily routes, field trips, athletic events, and special transportation needs in the Duluth area. Whether you already have your CDL or starting fresh, we will support your success from day one.

You will transport students, conduct pre-trip inspections, assist boarding, maintain safety, and communicate with dispatch. We offer paid CDL training, flexible 25-30 hour weeks, and opportunities for daytime, evening, and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug test, and DOT physical.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual and team-oriented mindset.
• No experience required—we train the right people.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students on assigned routes, field trips, and charters.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Assist passengers during boarding and unloading.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle environment and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members.
